Using 2gs of Vigrx Plus I’m not really feeling much more energy than I usually do amongst the cocktail of supplements I’m taking. I actually bought the Vitamin C powder instead of taking the pills and wow! Much bigger improvement. This has increased my productivity by quite a bit, makes my workouts better and makes me a lot more receptive to sexual input (not horny that I go looking for it, just more receptive) and has made my skin kind of orange and tan. Learn more at https://erinjgz.wordpress.com/2016/07/26/why-x4-labs-extender-works/ UT…supplemental magnesium is a joke…The BEST way to take magnesium is TRANSDERMALLY (topically through the skin) by using magnesium oil…tens of times more magnesium is absorbed through the skin and you’ll feel it instantly…and you won’t get diarrhea from it Whenever I’m feeling tired I would rub some magnesium oil on all of my body, take a shower after 30 minutes, and I literally feel like a different person…magnesium is the best thing for relaxation, so all problems like approach/social anxiety, premature ejaculation, impulsivity, etc. are all symptoms of magnesium deficiency mainly…magnesium oil is one of very few things that actually helped me with delaying ejaculation…and it is INSANE for weight-lifting and energy levels… I recommend reading the book Transdermal Magnesium Therapy which we have here…everyone should read that book… Yes as far as I know that means your body is absorbing it quickly and that you’re deficient or have put it on an area that is toxic…that’s why I like to shower about 30 minutes after applying it….just dilute it with some water and an oil like coconut or jojoba until you can tolerate it…as you keep applying it everyday you’ll start to tolerate it more and more and you can start using less diluted mixtures of it or not have to dilute it at all. Going to get ascorbic acid as the evidence seems pretty compelling and more imp it doesn’t seem to have adverse effects. I don’t know if I’m taking too low dosage, there is a bit difference but it’s natural. Things working a bit better especially if you have some hard skin on the foot or something like that you should try it. It’s very good on skin make paste with oil or water with it an it’s make skin baby-soft. Also I can clearly see that immune levels are more higher. I will stick with it (I add little now to the bottle of day water) because of higher immunity but do not expect that it will work miracles (unless you need vitamine c).
